    At Surfside PPC, we stand behind the quality of our Google Ads course and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

    Refund Eligibility

    We provide a full refund on our Google Ads course under the following conditions:

    1. The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

    2. You have not watched more than 4 lessons of the course.

    How to Request a Refund

    MOST IMPORTANT - If you feel like there are lessons missing or something that is not covered properly, please request it and I can add it as a bonus lesson!

    If you meet the above criteria and wish to request a refund:

    2. Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

    3. Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated).

    Refund Process

    Once your refund request is received and verified:

    1. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

    2. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    3. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

    Important Notes

    • Access to the course content will be revoked upon refund approval.

    • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
